2. Using the JOROOMS Platform: Account Registration and Use:

JOROOMS provides its Services through the JOROOMS Platform once the User provides JOROOMS with the necessary User information and creates an account ("Account"). This involves using JOROOMS ID and password or other log-in ID and password (collectively referred to as the "Account Information"). Registering as a User by creating an Account is a prerequisite for utilizing the Services offered through the JOROOMS Platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account Information and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under their Account.

3. Third-Party Links:

The JOROOMS Platform, at the sole discretion of JOROOMS, may include links to platforms owned and operated by individuals or entities other than JOROOMS. Additionally, JOROOMS may provide links to other sites to facilitate customer payments to JOROOMS. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by JOROOMS of any such sites.

JOROOMS is not accountable for the content or links displayed on these external sites. The privacy practices of such sites, which are not owned, managed, or controlled by JOROOMS, are beyond JOROOMS' responsibility. JOROOMS does not conduct regular reviews and makes no warranties or representations regarding the materials posted or the services offered on the linked sites. 4. JOROOMS Services

JOROOMS holds primary responsibility for ensuring a comfortable room stay and delivering the promised services to its customers. JOROOMS possesses the right to instruct hotel owners to provide room stay services to JOROOMS' customers.

a) JOROOMS engages in the marketing of room stays by issuing room booking vouchers to its customers. These vouchers entitle customers to avail hotel stay services in JOROOMS-branded rooms provided by our channel partners, following the agreed-upon terms with JOROOMS.

b) In instances where customers encounter difficulties selecting properties from our website, they can contact our customer support desk. Our team will assist in finding suitable accommodations within the preferred budget and amenities of the customer.

c) If check-in is denied for a confirmed booking, JOROOMS is committed to ensuring that the user is provided with an alternative accommodation of comparable standards. In the rare event that alternative accommodation cannot be arranged, JOROOMS will facilitate the refund of any pre-booking amount collected from the user. Our aim is to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold the standards promised in our services.

5. Hotel Policies:

Users must comply with the policies and rules of the hotel during their stay.

Jorooms.com is not responsible for any discrepancies between the information provided on the website and the hotel's actual policies.

6. Payment:

Payment for hotel reservations is processed securely through our platform.

Users must provide valid payment information and authorize the payment for the reservation.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change and may vary based on factors such as room availability and seasonal rates.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and are displayed during the reservation process.

4. JOROMS পরিসেবা

একটি আরামদায়ক রুমে থাকা নিশ্চিত করা এবং গ্রাহকদের প্রতিশ্রুত পরিষেবা প্রদানের প্রাথমিক দায়িত্ব JOROMS-এর। JOROMS এর গ্রাহকদের রুম থাকার পরিষেবা প্রদানের জন্য হোটেল মালিকদের নির্দেশ দেওয়ার অধিকার রয়েছে৷

ক) JOROMS তার গ্রাহকদের রুম বুকিং ভাউচার ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে রুম থাকার বাজারজাতকরণে নিযুক্ত হয়। এই ভাউচারগুলি গ্রাহকদের JOROMS-এর সাথে সম্মত শর্তাবলী অনুসরণ করে আমাদের চ্যানেল অংশীদারদের দ্বারা প্রদত্ত JOROMS-ব্র্যান্ডেড রুমে হোটেল থাকার পরিষেবা পাওয়ার অধিকার দেয়৷

খ) যেখানে গ্রাহকরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে বৈশিষ্ট্য নির্বাচন করতে অসুবিধার সম্মুখীন হন, তারা আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা ডেস্কের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। আমাদের দল গ্রাহকের পছন্দের বাজেট এবং সুযোগ-সুবিধার মধ্যে উপযুক্ত বাসস্থান খুঁজে পেতে সহায়তা করবে।

গ) যদি নিশ্চিত বুকিংয়ের জন্য চেক-ইন অস্বীকার করা হয়, JOROMS নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ যে ব্যবহারকারীকে তুলনামূলক মানগুলির একটি বিকল্প আবাসন সরবরাহ করা হয়েছে। বিরল ঘটনাতে যে বিকল্প আবাসনের ব্যবস্থা করা যায় না, JOROMS ব্যবহারকারীর কাছ থেকে সংগৃহীত প্রাক-বুকিংয়ের অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়ার সুবিধা দেবে। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হল গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া এবং আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলিতে প্রতিশ্রুত মানগুলি বজায় রাখা।

5. হোটেল নীতি:

ব্যবহারকারীদের তাদের থাকার সময় হোটেলের নীতি ও নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে।

6. পেমেন্ট:

ব্যবহারকারীদের অবশ্যই বৈধ অর্থপ্রদানের তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে এবং সংরক্ষণের জন্য অর্থপ্রদানের অনুমোদন দিতে হবে।
